problem php 5.6 to 7.2 backup

    Hello.
    I have a wp backup that works in xammp with php 5.6
    I want to install this backup to a xammp with php 7.2 for testing, but when installing the backup it tells me that the php version is not the same as the server from which it was made.
    Is there any solution to being able to do installation to avoid problems with the php version?

  • Hey @nadlor,

    In most cases, you can continue with the install process. The message is just a notice to inform you that if you do run into issues that it “might” be related to version differences, however in most cases going from 5.6 to 7.2 is pretty safe unless you have a really complex setup. If you run into issues just let us know and we will try and help out as best we can…

    Thank you very much for the quick answer. I have been using duplicator for more than 4 years and for me it is the best backup puguin, and each update adds great improvements. I congratulate you.
