    Hi,

Im trying to pick a custom date in the analytics and all I see are two huge black arrows and no way to pick any dates.

I’ve changed to a different theme and disabled all other plugins except Woocommerce to check but even then the date picker (I assume it should be a calender view of sorts?) does not appear.

    Any help would be appreaciated!

    Thanks!

    Sami

  • Can you open developer login (f12 in Firefox) (https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/ -> other browsers) and see the console if there are any Javascript errors there?

Date pickers are normally using Javascript, so it might be a problem there.

I tried that but there are no errors. The log is completely empty. When I disable Javascript from the developer the date picker doesn’t even open so I guess Im in the right place doing the right thing though.

Same thing happens on my second Woocommerce site which are in no way connected to each other. Completely different installations. For everyone else it is working?

Yes, with disabling Javascript the datepicker stopped working. OK, so Datepicker is working. What about CSS – can you find any problems, warning related to CSS? If DatePicker works, it could be relevant to CSS / design problem.

If this is happening on your second website … could this be related to your theme? Did you upgrade in any way?

    Hi

Can’t find any errors or warnings at all. I use different themes on the websites and also disabled all plugins and tried the default theme (Twenty Twenty-Three) and still had the same issue.

I’ve kept both sites up to date regularly.

All I can think of is that both sites use Cloudflare and same service provider. But Woocommerce problems fall out of their purview.

And just to make clear, everything else on the analytics admin page works, only the date picker is not working. I can select the default (year, last month etc.) options, only the custom date picker is not working.
