Problem Plugin wordpress-seo.7.4.2,

    Hello, I have the following problem, I downloaded the new version of Plugin wordpress-seo.7.4.2, and the installation was completed successfully, however, when trying to do Check SEO configuration, I get an error message like this:

    The configuration wizard could not be started. The likely cause is an interfering plugin. Please check for this problem.

    I visited the How To Check For Plugin Conflicts page and watched the tutorial, I deactivated all installed plugins in my WordPress, and even then, the problem continues.

    I think the problem is in the Plugin, could you help me solve the problem?
