Problem pop up display

    Hello,
    I noticed that the pop up appears in full and sometimes it’s just a white rectangle with the button Call to action button. I noticed this on different browser Chrome, mozilla and Opera, but also on smartphone (windows 10) on Pc (Windows 10) smartconnect tv (Samsung) and tablet (Lenovo).
    Is it a problem of compatibility with Slider Revolution or something like that ?!

    Can you help me please ?!

    Hey @darnel60,

    Hope you’re well.

    I am not sure about what cause this, something changes image height to zero. To understand what cause you should try plugin conflict test and theme conflict test. Basically, you just need to deactivate all the plugins and change the theme default. If problem solves than try to reactivate them one by one until recreate the problem.

    But also I can see the popup with adding this Custom CSS, if you want you can add this as Custom CSS and try;

    #wph-modal-popup--1 figure img{
    height:100% !important;
}
