    Hi
Thanks for you plugin. But in show this message in Ads Google dashboard.

“The “Product ID” parameter is missing in 98% of the activity of your Google Ads Tag
To adapt dynamic ads to the activity of visitors to your website, make sure that this parameter is included in your tag.”

    Sorry for my english.
    Regards

@kztixo It can take several days for Google Ads to pick up all product IDs.

Also, you need to make sure that the product IDs in the merchant center match the products IDs on the website.

Plus, I made an update to the plugin which might fix that issue too.

Let me know in a week if it works.

    Hi @kztixo

I checked the dynamic product code inserted by our plugin, and all looks good: https://take.ms/NYis0

Google Tag Assistant also reports all ok: https://take.ms/XHE3v

What is the status in Google Ads. Have you still got missing product IDs?

Ok. How long has the plugin been installed?

And could you also take a screenshot from Google Ads -> Audience Manager -> Audience Sources -> Google Ads Tag ?

I checked the screenshots. Our plugin only transmits the four “ecomm_” values

    ecomm_category
    ecomm_pagetype
    ecomm_prodid
    ecomm_totalvalue

The report which you took a screenshot from also doesn’t report problems with the pixel. It would, if on some pages the pixel did not fire.

Do you still see that this error? https://imgur.com/a/xtJUoEU

    Yes, still in 98%.

You say a problem this is values? or
    what is the influence that?

No, those values in your screenshots show, that the correct pixel values for the products are being tracked. That means the pixel code fires correctly.

Maybe the Google support will be able to tell you more exactly what is missing.

I can’t see how I can be of help anymore since the essential data checks out to be correct.
