Problem restoring

    Hello,

    I’ve reached your support by mail but I have no answer for my problem. I have a problem using Import and Backups. None of them works with my backup which is 15gb. It says “Unable to find backup size” You told me that I need to be on Php 7 64bits but I’m already on PHP7 and there is nothing I can do to be on 64 bits.

    What can I do ?

    You are using PHP7 but I believe it is 32bit, not 64. Refer to the ticket in our support system for more information.
