Problem running the Install Script

  • When I add /wp-admin/install.php to the site’s web address I get this message:

    “Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.”

    i am also facing the same problem…please suggest some solution. or what might be the reason behind it..

    You’ll need to contact your hosting provider about that.

    If you’re running your own server, ensure that both PHP and MySQL are properly installed and configured.
