    Hello
    There is a problem with the plugin.
    When i visit the customer section and I press on the Points of a customer, it should show me which invoices generated the points.
    instead the table opens with the column headers but doesn’t show in the invoices

    If you’re using WooRewards Pro, then this is not the place for your question. Please contact the Pro Support directly (link in the WooRewards administration) and provide the following elements :

    • Description of the problem encountered
    • Screenshots of your settings and other relevant data

    WooCommerce creates orders but doesn’t create invoices, therefore there’s not invoices to link to.

    Hello
    I do not have the pro version.
    But if woocommerce only creates orders and not invoices then what should i do in order to see the orders which generated the points ?
    I have the plugin PDF invoice & packing list generator installed.
    Why wouldn’t your plugin directly show the orders since tHe points are gathered from these orders

    If the order generated points, you should see the order number in the points history when you click on a user’s number of points.

    If you don’t see anything, then you may have add an issue when installing WooRewards.

    Verify in your database that you have a table called wp_lws_wr_historic and that there are values in it.
    If you don’t have that database table, then there was a problem during creation (probably insufficient rights to create a new table on the database).

    I checked and i do not have that table
    What is the solution ?
    The points are being generated correctly and even the coupons.
    What can i do at this point ?

    Send an email to [email protected] saying that your woorewards history data table wasn’t created upon installation.

    I’ll ask someone from the dev team tomorrow to send you detailed steps (SQL Query) to recreate that table.
