Problem sending mails

    We’re using the free version of your service and have it configured to use your servers to send emails. Some emails don’t arrive and we’ve detected that it’s because the server that sends them is on a blacklist. Looking at the history we see that some emails have been sent and others have not. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the configuration?

    Hello,
    I’ve been looking at the logs.

    They’re from the 9th and 10th of June.
    11 emails didn’t arrive, almost half of them.

    I show you some of them:

    I think I got confused and it isn’t sending with your servers but with Sendgrid’s servers.

    I’ll confirm it and if so, I’ll close the thread.
