Problem sending requests for quotes

    Hi! We are trying to set the right recipient e-mail for receiving quote requests but it’s not going well. On the “E-mails” tab on WooCommerce, we put an e-mail on the “New request” field but out test quotes do not arrive. How can I solve this?

    Hi @vitorbalmain,

    Are you referring to the ‘Request for New Quote’ email in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails? If yes, you should be able to edit the recipient of the email to an address of your choice.

    The other 2 emails are sent to the customer and hence the recipient cannot be edited in that one.
