Problem: Settings not updated

  • Hi to all,

    I have being using WordPress SEO plugin in my websites with no problems a lot of time but yesterday I started having some problems ( This website was working normally the past several days.). The problem I have is that I cannot modify any of the page settings

    What I do is this: I edit the page, change something (Seo Title, Metas or whatever) and push update. After that, the changes I have done disappear, and all the settings return to previous values.It happens every time I try to change any SEO data.

    Just in case it is important, I use Optimizepress2 Theme, WordPress 3.9 and SEO plugins 1.5.2.8

    Any ideas what I can do?

    Sorry, my wordpress in 3.9.1 not 3.9

    Deactivate all plugins.Then edit any page,i hope update will work.If it works now, then activate your plugins one by one and focus on functioning of editing and updating.It seems like some plugins are conflicting each other or with latest version of wordpress.

    Finally, I found a wordkaround.

    It seems than my theme (optimizepress 2) has a problem with Yoast SEO and locked the information. I unlocked it changing the theme, touching anything in SEO data and returning to my theme. I had to do it with all of may pages and posts!!
