I got answer from support, it’s Facebook side problem:

“We’ve determined that the behaviour you’re experiencing is an issue stemming from Facebook’s API, so at the moment no connections to Facebook, from Publicize, is working.”

Same issue too. If anyone has any guesses on when this will be solved from support, please post. Got a handful of frustrated clients…

I’m test another plugin “Access Auto Post” and “Access Facebook Auto Post” but not work

I uninstalled the wordpress business integration and reinstalled it, but still no luck. Same issue/infoless error message. I also don’t see the publish as pages you manage option in the integration options, just “Manage Your Pages” and “Show a List of Pages You Manage”.

In that short amount of time, we’ve confirmed that some people do see the option in the linked screenshot, and some people don’t.

So it seems the folks on Facebook’s end are switching a few things around, and that’s probably the source of the problem.

We’re still waiting to hear back from our contact over there.

unfortunately the button that shows on your screen is not present if I try to connect facebook to jetpack

I’m having the same issue, the option to allow WordPress to post to pages I manage has vanished from my Business Integration options at Facebook’s end.

We have heard from our Facebook contact that Facebook is investigating the issue.

While this isn’t exactly a confirmation of a fix, I suppose it makes sense that some of you will be able to connect as Facebook gets closer to a solution.

We’ll let you all know here once we receive a final “all clear.”

Hi folks, we still haven’t heard back from our Facebook contact after they said they’re looking into it, but we’re considering this issue resolved due to the overwhelming number of successful connections lately.

We’re also adding some new logging on our end so we can keep a better eye on these things going forward.
