    Hello,
I have a problem on this site: https://www.tetaverona.com/.
I practically entered two types of shipments:
? Free shipping on orders over € 30.00
    ? Shipping for a fee of € 3.00
In short, when the price is € 30.00 you only see the shipping fee of € 3.00 and this is fine.
But instead if the price is higher than € 30.00 for example € 80.00 it shows me both the two shipping options and instead in my opinion you should only show the free shipping and not for a fee.
Am I wrong or is the reasoning right?
I await a kind reply and it is very urgent.

    Greetings.

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

By default, once the “Free Shipping” method is triggered, WooCommerce does not hide *other* shipping methods. The reasoning here is that some shop owners might still want to offer paid-for shipping as a premium since these could arrive sooner than when using free shipping.

With that said, you can specify when a shipping method is visible or not by configuring rules in an extension like https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/

Hello and thank you for your kind reply.
Ok but so are you telling me that this data is not an error and that it can be fine?
I have seen the plugin but I don’t want to spend any more money and it is too much.
But if you tell me it’s not a serious mistake then I’ll leave it as it is.
