Problem signing up new client in Instagram?

I know this is more than likely a problem with Instagram itself, but was wondering if you could provide some insight?

I’m trying to Register a New Client. Since this is the first time for me doing this, like you mentioned, it asks me a few questions. It gets to a step where it says I need to verify my phone number, so it sends me a text with a security code. When I input the code, it takes me right back and says that it needs to verify my phone number. I’ve gone through this several times, entering different codes each time, and it continues to bring me right back as if nothing has happened. Thoughts?
