Problem Sitemap with URL Blocked

Hello,

In the search console we have this notifiction in the sitemap xml :
URL blocked by the robots.txt file.

There is 186 URL blocked.

url site map map : https://www.domainedelestagnol.com/sitemaps.xml/

But I do not see how to fix it, an idea or solution would be welcome.
