Problem to access wp-admin in new sites

I have a multisite created on sal83.com

I have few domains pointing there but I’ve no setup a Primary site (As I want sal83.com as a main site)

All the sub-site are working properly, but something wrong when I try to create a new site: for example site superatic.com is accessible but I’ve problems to access superatic.com/wp-admin and when I try I get the error below:

Also if I create a new site, the dashboard is never accessible and I always get an error just when I try access the new sites’s dashboard (the existing ones still working good!)
