  • Hey Peetu,

The Like Box and the ability to display or hide it is a feature found on both the Free version and the Pro version so I can assist you within this forum on how to set up multiple feeds but turn it off or on individually for each feed.

First go to your WordPress Dashboard – Facebook Feed – Customize – Misc (tabbed page) and make sure the setting under “Show the Like Box” is checked “yes” – Save Changes. This will turn the Like Box on for every feed you have on your site within the general plugin settings.

Next add exclude=likebox to the shortcode for any feed that you do not want it displayed on so your shortcode might appear similar to this: [custom-facebook-feed exclude=likebox]. This will turn the like box off only for that feed as any option expressed in the shortcode will override the same setting in the general plugin settings.

If an option is not expressed in the shortcode then the shortcode defaults to whatever the general plugin has for the setting. It is easier to turn an option on and then exclude it in feeds where you don’t want it to appear rather than use the “include” option as you otherwise then have to include all the other feed elements as well in an include statement.

You can find a list of shortcode options that are available here.

Awesome! If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. If it pertains to functionality for just the Pro version of our plugin however, I would ask that you send the request through our regular Support page here so we maintain the compliance desired within this forum. Thanks and have a great weekend.
