Problem to Login to Woocommerce

    Hi all,

    To use the plugin ‘Woocomerce Shipping Trackings’ I have been requiered to ‘Connect my Store’ in Woocomerce plugin. For that I need to Login in Woocommerce WHEN I HAVE NEVER LOGGED IN INTO WOOCOMMERCE. ( I didn′t even know I had a Woocomece account)

    Now I am in a loop: Password recovery doesn′t locate any of my emails so I had never had an account. So if I don′t have emails related to Woocommerce accounts, why am I requiered to connect an store?

    This is all so crazy and strange and I cannot contact Woocommerce to be clarified.

    You’ve actually logged into your WordPress.com account to access the WooCommerce.com site. This is because WooCommerce.com, by default, uses your WordPress.com account for log-in purposes.

    If you purchased a Premium plugin from WooCommerce.com, you will need to connect to receive regular updates and support. Since you are using the Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce, which is our premium plugin, you need to connect your account to verify your license and get an update.

    However, if you are using our WooCommerce Shipping & Tax or WooCommerce Shipping plugin, then you need to connect your WordPress.com account.

    Furthermore, I’m curious, could you share with me how you purchased and downloaded a plugin from WooCommerce.com without an account?
