problem to logout and login

  • Hi
    Please help me…
    When I Upgrade this UM, my UM have a big problem, such as nobody can’t login again or even one person can registered to my site and rest of persons can’t register to my site and if everybody logged in and when click logout button no logout exactly and go to blank page while I configured exactly button track.

    Please help meeeeeeeeeee

    Hi @aliparvin,

    This issue can be caused by the conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Can you please try to do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Please also let us know what error do you see when trying to login/register and what version of the plugin you have installed on your site.

    I did your tasks that told me, but no worked yet, my host is godaddy and my theme is cleancommerce, even my theme is update, but no work yet.

    I just could restore my host til found best site work, and a little solved but not exactly, I mean I can register but no direct to profile page stay to register page after register and costumer must go to login page and enter his account until enter to profile page. So this problem is not good for my site, Please help me.
