Problem to read older data from db

  • Hi,
    After updating WP and changing the wp db prefix the plugin stopped to read data from older forms. DB check gave three warnings. Is there a way to fix this?

    Forms table (za67qx_fm_forms)… OK
    Items table (za67qx_fm_items)… OK
    Templates table (za67qx_fm_templates)… OK
    Settings table (za67qx_fm_settings)… OK
    Forms table…
    Form 1 for data table: FAIL
    Form 2 for data table: FAIL
    Form 3 for data table: FAIL
    Form 6 for data table: FAIL
    Form 7 for data table: FAIL
    Form 8 for data table: FAIL
    Form 9 for data table: FAIL
    Form 10 for data table: OK
    Form 11 for data table: OK
    Form 12 for data table: OK
    For duplicate IDs and slugs…
