Problem to vote on multiple polls

Hi, i have a problem using Forminator plugin.
I can’t vote on multiple polls on a same page. For example i have 5 polls on my home page. When i vote on 1st poll everything is ok, but when i vote on 2nd poll i receive the message “You have already submitted a vote to this poll”. The 1st and the 2nd poll are different polls.
Do you know the problem?

Yes, there is a problem when i try to vote on polls continuously one after another. All the polls are on home page. The vote on 1st poll working without problems, the vote on 2nd or 3rd poll sometime show me the message “You have already submitted a vote to this poll”. Sometimes there is no problem, sometimes the problem starting into 2nd poll….
