I use your plugin in 3 blogs with no problems. I tried today in another blog with many files, weighs more than 4 Gb, but I haven’t any problem creating a staging site. The problem happened after delete the staging and data.

What I saw first there was problems with Theme options. After this, I uninstalled the plugin from the admin panel, but it was not well uninstalled. The site became unstable and then I couldn’t access the admin panel. I uploaded a backup of database, but the issue was still. I deleted a folder of this plugin that still was in the plugins folder but this didn’t have any effect.

The only option I found was to rename the plugins folder and then so I was able to enter into the admin panel and check that it was a problem with the plugin. Finally what I did was to download your plugin and install it again by FTP and the blog was recovered.

I wanted to tell you in case anyone has a similar problem.

I think your plugin is very good, but for such a large site it is better to use it with caution and doing a full backup of the web before.

@franfoto I am certain this issue was not caused by the size of your site. Wpstg has been successfully used on 20gb of data and more.

Use the “check size” button. These issues are symptomatic for lack of available size on HDD on your server.

Did you get any error message?

It also should be noted that Wpstg does not delete any staging sites when it is uninstalled.

Rene, the server have enough space, maybe more than 20Gb free. And I haven’t any error message before.I don’t know what happened, but I couldn’t access the admin panel.
The staging site was erased it before. I followed your instructions, delete the staging site and Remove Data and everything was fine, I have not any error message. What I’ve seen this morning is that a plugin I use to make backups, UpdraftPlus, kept a copy of the site in its folder and had not sent it to Google Drive where it is stored. It is scheduled at the time of the problems. ?Maybe there could be some kind of conflict between plugins? Luckily I was able to fix it an hour later.
