Problem updating to 4.6

    Do you have any caching plugins or use caching at the server level?

    after upgrading wordpress run into this error all the time, any tips to eliminate this? Before it did not appear this error

    Thanks for your advice. It turned out to be a caching issue, which resolved itself. It’s never happened before so I was quite puzzled by it.
