problem uploading HTML page to blog

    I have created a .html page using the notepad, and I created a directory in my FTP to upload the file so it can appear on my website as an individual page. for example

    the directory’s name I created is “Projects”
    and the html file is “Converter.html”
    website URL is MohammadYounes.com
    and whenever i access mohammadyounes.com/projects/converter.html, error 404 appears

    was there something I done wrong? is there a specific place where I have to create the directory containing the html file?
