Problem uploading images

How do you upload the pictures? In the backend under Media > Add New Media File or in Elementor?

Have you already deactivated all plugins as a test?

Do you have any anomalies under Tools > Site Health?

When I deactivated at least 1 of these plugins: Elementor or Royal Elementor Addons, the problem was solved. However, without those plugins, I can’t edit the page anymore because I want to use the template from Royal Elementor Addons.

What should I do to make it work even with active plugins please?
