I have the latest version of WordPress 6.6 and I’m having a problem uploading images. Whenever I upload an image in jpg or png format it gets uploaded to my gallery as txt format. Neither the preview of the image works, nor can I use it when creating a page. I use Elementor Builder.

When I deactivated at least 1 of these plugins: Elementor or Royal Elementor Addons, the problem was solved. However, without those plugins, I can’t edit the page anymore because I want to use the template from Royal Elementor Addons.

What should I do to make it work even with active plugins please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @vackova !
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, Elementor shouldn’t mess with the native Media Library settings. Regarding the third-party plugin extending Elementor, does the issue happens if you ONLY disable this? This will tell us exactly which plugin triggers this problem.
Besides that, it would be helpful if you get in touch with your hosting company. You could ask for any server error related to this issue, or consult if there’s any restriction on your file system.

I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.

    Regards.
