Problem Uploading my own theme

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not an Everything else WordPress topic.

Im having problems uploading my purchased Lay-Theme into my own website.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

@lsdkrm Does it show any error? Or does it load infinitely? Theme zip files may often contain documentation, readme, photoshop files etc. Make sure to unzip and extract the zip of the theme and then try uploading it.

If memory size seems to be the issue, you can use this plugin to increase upload size limit: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-upload-size/

What happens is that ones I click on Aspect and Themes, I them click on Add New.
Once I click to ADD New the next step is Upload Theme.
It’s here that the clicking stops.
I try clicking on Upload Theme and nothing really happens when I click on Upload Theme. Am I missing a step?

So I managed to upload the file but the installation was unsuccessful as it said there was something missing in the file. I better contact Lay Theme and check with them. Perhaps Im uploading the wrong file. Who knows!
