There are so many thing can be the cause. You can check your Internet speed, Upload folder permission too.

Thank you for your help. We’re thinking the problem lies with either my internet connection or my computer. I can email the photos to another location, and they upload just fine from another computer. I’ll take my computer to a coffee shop and see what happens from there.
