Problem Usage Thumbnails / Entire post gone after publishing

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with Thumbnails/Featured Image section.

    When I want to post a new message with the usage of a Thumbnail in the post, I get this very weird ‘end view’ when the post is online.

    Please look at the printscreens I have here.

    This is when I see the post in draft/preview before I push publish. As you can see there is nothing wrong with it.

    But when I put the post online… This happens… Entire post is gone! Leaving only the url link of the download I am providing…

    I have checked my plugins, have deactivated them all but there is nothing wrong with them. Have all the plugins/wordpress latest update.

    Really need this to work properly. Does someone knows a solution to this?

    Thanks for the screenshots.
    Can you also provide a live URL?
    The web page where the entire post is gone… is this the home page? Or a category page? A URL to that would be helpful.

    Hi Roy,

    Ah, FYI–I’m not trying to be a jerk, but if you bought the theme from somewhere else, you should ask them for support with this issue. We don’t want to interfere with folks selling / supporting themes, and if I figure it out for you, the vendor (and other customers like yourself) might not benefit from the fix.

    Based on the code you sent, I’m sure the problem is with loop-page.php or loop.php, but again — please ask the original vendor.

    Sorry, but I am going to have to ask you to please help me anyway. I have been at their helpdesk but it is not getting anywhere at this speed. Need my website to get fully working without those annoying bugs.
