Problem using Disable Gutenberg

    Hi, I need your valuable help. I don’t have much experience with WordPress. After the last update (WP 5.3.2) the editor Gutenberg doesn’t let me see or edit pages and posts on my site. They don’t load, the page remains blank on the administration desktop side. I fixed it with Disable Gutenberg and now I can see everything as it was before, but it only lets me see the HTML view of the fields to enter text and the buttons I have in my Home Page edition are disabled, so I can’t upload or renew images.
    Please, I need your help to keep editing the site, which is a client’s site.

    It sounds like there are conflicts with one or more plugins. The best advice I can give is to do some basic troubleshooting. I would be glad to provide a free guide if it will be useful for you, let me know.

    Hey, Jeff, thanks for the prompt response. Yeah, I’m interested in the guide. I want to clarify that I already did the check deactivating each plugin from FTP and there have been no changes. I was thinking about reinstalling the WP core but I don’t really know if it would help.
    Can you advise me?
    Maybe I’m not in the right forum. Maybe I shouldn’t use the Disable Gutenberg plugin and try to fix it another way, but the plugin allows me to enter the pages, the problem is that once I’m in, I can’t edit.

    Hey @lionet, here is my troubleshooting guide for WordPress. It sounds like you may not need it however, as you’ve already tested each of your plugins. The issue could be theme-related, so yeah you may want to post in either the theme support forum or general WP forum. Hopefully someone there will be able to help identify and resolve.
