Problem using permalink

I’m trying to show an album, but when I change the permalink from Default to Month and name (/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/) i get a wrong link to a 404 page instead of the required gallery.
Already tried to disable all the plugins, unsuccefully.
What I can try to do?

P.S.
Working on a windows server with php 5.2 and php safe off, and the other plugins do not have any problem.
