“Problem using PHP Sessions” on redirect to PayPal

  • Hi there,

    the message “Problem using PHP Sessions” appears when the plugin tries to redirect to PayPal.

    Do you know what could cause the problem?

    On the settings, other tab, page try using cookies for the temporary storage method.

    Hi Scott,

    the temporary storage method was already on Cookies, I changed it to Sessions and now it works.

    Hello, I have the same problem on a mac, on different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari). I have tried everything: using wp-optimize, changing from Cookies to Sessions, changing Redirect Method from 1 to 2 and still no good. Please help!

    @riowf – I just tested your form and it correctly redirected to PayPal for me.

    @za42 – What is the URL of the form on your site?

    Did you try it on a Mac? On the PC it runs smooth to me.

    Which is the best settings for the plugin to work?
    Method 1 for redirection and Cookies for the temporary storage method?

    Hi @riowf,

    I tested before on Mac, I just tested again now on Windows 10 Firefox – it works perfectly on both.

    There is no best setting, just whatever works for your site.
