Problem using with plugin “Discount Rules PRO” by Flycart

  • Good morning,
    I have a problem with the calculation and display of discounted prices on bundled products when I use the Flycart plugin “Discount Rules PRO”, on the SHOOP BY LOOK page the BUNDLE products are not displayed with the discount and not even if I enter the single BUNDLE product. When I enter the BUNDLE product I see the discounted price of the individual products that make up the BUNDLE, but the total price is always the original one without discount, even if I add the BUNDLE to the cart the total price always remains the original one without discount. Same thing when I go to the checkout page, always the price without discount. Why? Has anyone had the same problem? The discounts of the individual products are applied with the Flycart plugin “Discount Rules PRO”, in this case each product with a certain TAG has associated the percentage of discount to apply, but if I make the purchase this percentage is not calculated.
    Please, can someone help me?

    Hi @mauirinho ,

    FYI, our developers have received many similar reports about this issue. Unfortunately, our developers have declared that our plugin is not compatible with the Dynamic pricing and Discount Rules plugins as these provide dynamic prices and discounts based on the number of chosen items, while our plugin offers a static total price based on the chosen items only when min/max limits are involved.

    The dynamic prices and discounts break the rules of the internal pricing and discount of smart bundles on the cart and checkout pages, so we can’t make them work together.

    That said, at least for the current version of this plugin, we can’t provide any workaround or solution to this issue, sadly.
