Problem w/ Fantastico Install

I just used Fantastico to install WordPress on my site. There was an existing website that I wanted deleted (I deleted everything in the public_html) so I can build up a new site w/ WordPress. The installation seemed to go through fine, but now when I try to access the /wp-admin I get the following error

“PHP Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in E:\SiteData\Domains\ccimcsr.com\ROOT\Inetpub\wwwroot\wp-config.php on line 52 PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_option() in E:\SiteData\Domains\ccimcsr.com\ROOT\Inetpub\wwwroot\wp-admin\admin.php on line 32”

Not sure if there is something I forgot to delete or what. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
