Problem w/ Format of Form

    After updating Happy Forms to Version 1.13.1, my form no longer has the same format as I had prior to the update on my page. Instead of responsive format that had first name, last name on same line and email at full width, the page displays in very small area for the page and the alignment is terrible. The form looks nothing like the design I had previous had in the Form editor.

    Happy to help! It looks like HappyForms styles are not loaded on that page at all. Could you please deactivate all plugins except HappyForms and see if it helps? Then, try activating plugins again one by one and see which one tends to break the experience.
