  • I ran into the same problem.
    The Google API resource limit is the problem.
    Nothing wrong with the WP plugin.

    I deleted all Google API dependent WP plugins.

    What else did I do?

    I used the WP text editor!
    Where it says Insert I inserted media and entered the web address, and then I resized the YouTube video.

    WORKS GREAT !
    NO API NEEDED !

    yes, that issue comes from Google API limit, we are now trying to understand whether there is a way to overcome it with our plugin.
