Problem web pages in IE7 and earlier

  • Have developed this websiteusing a purchased theme (theme1312) from template monster.

    First issue is it has a slow loading time on the first page.

    Second and more important issue is many of the pages inside are not showing properly in early versions of Internet Explorer. For examplethis page
    Seems fine in IE8 and IE9 (also fine in Chrome/FF), but problems in IE7 and earlier.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
