Problem when activating a free version

  • After installation, the information is constantly displayed:
    “Wordfence installation is incomplete
    Please Complete Wordfence Installation
    Please tell us where Wordfence should send you security …”
    After three acceptance of the conditions and application, I gave up trying.
    But now whenever I try to see or adjust the plugin, this appears.

  • Hey @prezla,

    Can you please check for a plugin and theme conflict by disabling all other plugins while switching to a WordPress default theme? You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to help with this. When it’s active the plugins will only be disabled for the logged in admin user.

    There are no installed plugins other than your, and now I’ve added a Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Everything looks right, only your plugin has fallen into an endless loop.

    Just to be clear, when you disable all other plugins and switch to a WordPress default theme it still fails to save the settings?

    If so, can you check the browser console for any errors?

    Can you also try completely reinstalling Wordfence to see if it helps?
