problem when converting USD to INR Error Code: 31002

I am using this plugin along with woocommerce currency switcher plugin by realmag777.
My product prices are in USD and I use the above mentioned plugin to convert them to Rs. at checkout page I see that currency switcher gives the correct checkout amount in total. However CCavenue returns error message “Error Code: 31002 Invalid Parameter.”Can you guys help.
