Problem when creating FB and IG Feeds

  • Hello,

    I’m writing this message because what I’m having problems when trying to add Facebook and Instagram feeds to my website with Flow-Flow.

    I currently have a Twitter feed properly working on the website, but I can’t get Facebook and Instagram to work.

    I receive the following errores when trying to create a feed:

    Facebook
    App received next error message for this feed:
    (#200) Provide valid app ID

    (obviously, the Facebook page ID that I am introducing it’s valid as I have received this same ID number from several pages that get your Facebook page ID)

    Instagram
    App received next error message for this feed:
    An active access token must be used to query information about the current user.

    (in this case, I’ve tried using the username in so many possible ways: with @, without it, etc.)

    Could you please provide some help on this issue?
