Problem when publishing with Eindows Live Writer and from mobile

I have a strange problem, when I am publishing on my WP blog from WLW or from mobile (WP for Android) the html code is not sent properly (some of the “<” “>” are missing and the post is just a mess). Has anyone faced the same issue? It was working before and I dind’t insall any new plugin on my blog lately. What is wrong? Strange thing is that this is not happening always…
