    Hi
I set “Allow ticket creators to upload file attachments” to “true”.
when a user sens a ticket containing attachment there is no problem.

but when he does not choose a file to upload then this error displays:
No file was uploadedFile exceeds the maximum allowed sizeFile size outside allowed lower boundInvalid file nameFile could not be saved.

I cannot recreate this issue, but if you would be kind enough to let me observe this behavior on your server, I should be able to resolve the issue. Follow up with me at [email protected]

I’ll send you some screenshots asap.
    But please test this:
Enable file upload, submit a ticket without choosing a file , you will see the problem. ( I’m using chrome)

I must have missed your emails, can you resend? When I do what you say, it works fine for me, even in Chrome. If you can send me a URL and get me admin access I can resolve this. Otherwise, I am flying blind because I cannot recreate this issue. Thanks!

I appreciate the screenshot, but it doesn’t help me resolve this. I need direct access to your wp-admin in order to solve this, which is why I’ve been asking for it ?? I can understand not wanting to give out admin access, but I’m afraid I cannot help you without it.

Wait, I think I may have solved the problem in version 2.2. Please upgrade and let me know.
