    Greetings!

I’m tested your plugin on the multilingual site.

    Translation plugin — Polylang, v3.0.3.
    Store plugin — WooCommerce, v5.1.0.
Polylang and WooCommerce bunching — Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration, v1.5.0.

Your plugin is installed and starts work normally, but if in the Polylang settings enable the “FAQ Categories” and “FAQ Groups” synchronization, then for the existing WooCommerce products disappears the displaying of status about translation bundles made by Polylang. The translated goods themselves remain in stock and when switching languages in frontend — correctly replace each other. But on the product editing pages and in the list of goods disappear all sections indicating the language affiliation. That is, edit these parameters is impossible.

I have not checked whether it will affect new products, but with the existing goods this problem exists.

I hope you will find and eliminate the conflict arising from your plugin. Otherwise, the use of your plugin in a rather popular scheme “Polylang + WooCommerce + Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration” is not possible.

Unfortunately, I have already configured another FAQ plugin.

But I think you can check the situation without any problems on any clean installation of WordPress + WooCommerce with the addition of the two plugins I mentioned: Polylang и Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration.

I don’t know why the author marked this issue resolved if it still persists.

    Hi @artyus ,

Sorry about that. I usually resolve tickets to make sure that I don’t miss the tickets that are not replied or still in conversation. We will usually add all the issues in our bug-tracker (we will keep track of the issues there) and once the issue is fixed, I will get back and mention it in the thread where it was raised.

Regarding this issue, I tried to reproduce this on our local and it worked perfectly fine on our end.

    1. I activated all the 3 plugins (WooCommerce, Polylang and Hyyan) along with our FAQ plugin: https://imgur.com/Fywg7pB

    2. Then I enabled our FAQ post type in the Polylang settings: https://imgur.com/eAfKQ0r

    3. I could still see the translation status in all products: https://imgur.com/bCQRSM4

Since it worked perfectly on our end and you also mentioned that you have moved to other plugin, I had no other option other than to resolve this ticket.

If you are still onboard and still experience this issue on your site, please provide me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down and see what’s causing this on your end.

You can send us your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards.

Yes, you have correctly reproduced all the actions that lead to problems on my site. I’ll figure out how to arrange for you to access the site in the coming days.

Unfortunately, for some reason, due to the captcha, I still cannot register at pauple.freshdesk.com (although I used freshdesk.com without any problems when communicating with other developers).
