Problem when using two forms for a product

    Hi,

    When I use two forms like below:

    form 1: checkbox with price $2 and unchecked the option ‘Count the options price only once for a product irrespective of the quantity’

    form 2: file upload with price $10 and checked the option ‘Count the options price only once for a product irrespective of the quantity’ ( this is a one-time fee)

    So when I use this two forms for a product, the one-time fee is not adding to the total on cart page.

    Could you point out the issue, please?
