Problem whit ?wpappninja_v= urls

I followed the directions in this topic:

But Google’s webmaster console has been reporting to me for weeks that there have been over 6 million URLs with this parameter (?wpappninja_v=******). How can I solve this problem? A possibility to simply eliminate these parameters?
