I guess this question has nothing to do with WordPress still am posting it as am in deep trouble.

I have a WordPress site (www.infographicsvillage.com) hosted with 1freehosting.com (free). Since 21 of this month it’s showing “Your domain Exceeded Server CPU. It will not be available for 24 hours.”

It’s past 72 hrs, but still the same thing is showing whenever i’m trying to access my account.

I can’t even login into my admin panel in order to get backup data.

Could anybody please help me get a solution to this. Or, an alternative way to get the xml data. I’ve access to cPanel and FTP.

I’ve tried to reach out to the customer support. No reply from their end even after 2 support tickets.

Please help. Am very much depressed over the issue.

    Thanks in advance.

If you have access to cPanel, try looking for phpMyAdmin/ MySQL/ backup and try to make backups and move your site to a better host.

Thanks Krishna for your response! Would mysql/database backup serve all the needful? Would it help me get all my posts then? Don’t I require the xml data backup then?

Yes. Your database contains all your posts, settings, etc. from which you can restore your site. However, you may backup your images too (uploads) and make a note of your theme and plugins or better back them up too. For more details review:

    Hello Krishna,

Yesterday, I took both the database and file backup of the website and cancelled the account with the previous hosting.

Today, I created account with another host, uploaded all the WP files, and database. Pointed the nameservers towards this new host, edited the required details in WP config file.

I checked using whois. The propagation is complete. Still, whenever I’m trying to access my account, it’s showing the following:

    “Account unavailable

Maybe account have been moved, deleted, suspended or not activated yet.

The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future.”

I’m not getting any clue what to do now. Could you please help me with this?

    What is the problem actually?

    Regards

Looks like a 502 Bad Gateway error and can be caused by your server. So you may:
    -contact your host for support
-make fresh install, see that it works fine and then only import into that your backups
    -look for server errors
-try to setup the site locally on your computer or a test site and see if your database works
