problem with 2 installations on a single mysql database!

I just moved my wordpress installation from https://www.motherearthblues.com to https://www.motherearthblues.com/meb because I wanted to install another wordpress site. I did, and I put it at https://www.motherearthblues.com/tavare.

1st problem:
The first problem I got was when moving from https://www.motherearthblues.com to https://www.motherearthblues.com/meb was the links in my menu. The MEB button is linking to https://www.motherearthblues.com and not https://www.motherearthblues.com/meb. Does anyone know what to do here?

2nd problem:
There is something wrong with the links in my menu at https://www.motherearthblues.com/tavare. They are linking back to the https://www.motherearthblues.com/meb site instead. The links are like this: https://www.motherearthblues.com/tavare/gaupe. Gaupe is supposed to be a page.

I hope some are able to help me. Both sites are for saving the norwegian wolves and other carnivores.
