    Hi,
    Thanks for your theme.
In the 404 pages, instead of the search bar and categories, it shows “Your shopping cart is empty.” It worked properly before, but now, it doesn’t (maybe because of updating the theme or Woocommerce).
    Wordpress: 5.3.2
    Woocommerce: 4.0.0
    Storefront: 2.5.3
I have a child theme but the problem persists with the parent theme as well.
I am willing for any help.
    Thanks

  • Have you tried disabling all other plugins? I’m running WooCommerce 4.0.0 and Storefront 2.5.3 on my local install and it is showing the Product Categories section for me on the 404 page.

Looking at version 2.5.3 on Trac here:

    https://themes.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/storefront/2.5.3/404.php

It should be showing the Product Categories as well as you mentioned. The only thing I could think of right now that would be interfering with that is a potential plugin conflict.

    Thanks for your help.
The problem was about the WP Fastest Cache Premium plugin and an option named widget cache. When I deselected this option, the problem resolved. That happened because 404.php used some widgets as a part of itself.
