Problem with 6.1.2 update

    Hi,
    I’ve a an issue with updating to version 6.1.2 (from 6.1.1, my WordPress version is 5.1.1).
    The error message is (in French, sorry!) :

    “Aucune archive de mise à jour disponible”.

    Could you please help me ?

  • Hello,

    When we release a new version we usually disable the WP auto-update system for AcyMailing during the following week. It should however not show you that an update is available.
    It seems that we’ve updated the version on the www.ads-software.com site too soon and it showed you the update, sorry about that :/

    I’ve enabled back the auto-update system for the v6.1.2, it should be working now ??
    You may have to click a few times on the “Check again” button (Vérifier à nouveau in French) at the top of the updates page (Tableau de bord => Mises à jour) to reload the package download link (due to some cache).

    When the update is available, a “Update now” link is shown next to AcyMailing on the “Plugins => Installed plugins” page (Extensions => Extensions installées in French).

    Hi,
    For your information, your suggestion didn’t work.
    I eventually had to uninstall version 6.1.1, and then install version 6.1.2, and it worked.

    Just to be sure, was your site attached to a license in your account on acyba.com? Ignore this question if you’re using the free version of AcyMailing
