Problem with a empty box in my contact form 7

Hi,

I have notice a empty box in my contact form 7 that was not there before i install the plug in

What type of contact form is displaying the empty box? Is the empty box located at the bottom of the contact form? Did you by any chance enable the following captcha features in the plugin? They are located under WP Security -> Brute Force -> Login Captcha? Or the captcha located under WP Security -> User Registration -> Registration Captcha?

All my contact form can’t be use.

If i de-activate the plug in will my contact form work again ?

I don’t see why not. Our plugin does not control contact form plugins.

Is it safe to de-activate this plug in and than install another one for security ?

I don’t see any reason why a different security plugin would not help.

I thought that this empty box was coming from WP Security (it was the last thing i have done on my site) because of the empty box for fooling the robot i have read somewhere.

But now i think that the problem is not comming from WP securtity but something else ( new version of Contact Form 7 or Google recaptcha ? ) , i still dont know…

Just to clarify – yes you are right. This plugin does not have any integration with the CF7 plugin nor does it add anything to the CF7 forms.
I recommend that you try doing some theme/plugin conflict tests to see if you can figure out the cause.

i have found whats was wrong !

it was the option “LazyLoad sur les iframes et vidéos” of the WP Rocket plug in, i have desactivated it on the form page and it works fine now.
